NEW STREET
Situated in the Fresh Pond neighborhood, this new residential building will provide over 100 affordable units to the City of Cambridge. G2 is designing the outdoor spaces to connect the new residential community with the neighborhood, by creating a series of inviting plazas, accessible entrances, and play and gathering opportunities. Additionally, G2 is designing two roof-top garden areas that all residents will be able to access. G2 is collaborating with the project architects, RODE, to ensure the building and its landscape offer the residents and visitors a seamless experience as they move through the spaces.
